Before you start

Which sectors are there?
Towers and housing, hotels and tourism, industry and warehouses, energy, and public contracts.
Are the projects on the list approved?
Not necessarily. An agenda item is a proposal, not a decision. The list marks clearly which are proposals and which are decisions. A winner notice is not yet a signed contract.
Does it include developers’ contacts?
No. It shows company names as they appear in the source. We do not show individuals as developers.
Where does the data come from?
From the public pages of the Public Procurement Agency and the Territorial Development Agency. Astra is not affiliated with these institutions, and the data can be incomplete or late.

Payment is by invoice. Access or work starts once payment is confirmed; nothing renews automatically.
