Who do the messages go to?
Only people who agreed to receive them. Every message has a simple way to opt out.
Are message fees included?
No. WhatsApp and SMS fees are paid separately, by the number of messages. Before each send we tell you how many will go out.
WhatsApp or SMS?
WhatsApp allows photos and buttons. SMS also reaches people without data, but it has to be short. We pick what suits each message.
How does payment work?
By invoice. Price and timing are agreed first; work starts after payment.
