What’s the difference between the services and the software?
With the services, we do the work: Creative, Flow, Clarity and Twin. The software, such as Intelligence, Discover and Studio, you use yourself with a monthly subscription.
Should I choose Studio or Creative?
Studio is software: you create photos and video yourself. Creative is a service: we plan and create for you, and you approve.
How does payment work?
By invoice. After your request, we confirm the details and prepare the invoice. Access or work starts once payment is confirmed.
Is Clarity part of Intelligence?
No. Intelligence is software you use yourself; Clarity is a separate reporting and analysis service that doesn’t require Intelligence.
Is anything published automatically?
No, unless you ask for it, as with Social Media Management. You review and approve everything before it’s used.
