Does it replace my business software?
No. Astra stops at the sale. Orders, invoices, stock and field sales stay in the software you have. When a customer says yes, their details pass to it, through a connection where the software allows one or by export.
How often do customers get a message?
We plan up to 3 follow-ups per enquiry. Messages go only to people who contacted you or agreed to hear from you. Anyone who asks you to stop hears nothing more.
What is Astra Leads?
Our own software for enquiries and follow-ups. The service runs on it: we set it up, and your team sees the enquiries there.
How much does it cost?
Websites start at €790 and online stores at €1,190. For software, automation and integrations we send a quote.
