Before you start

Does it replace my business software?
No. Astra Leads stops at the sale. Orders, invoices and stock stay in the software you use today.
Does it handle appointments and review requests?
Yes. An appointment gives you a file for your calendar and a confirmation ready the day before. When you mark a sale as won, it reminds you to ask for a review and, if you turn it on, to write to the customer again after a few months. You ask everyone for a review the same way, and we neither write nor buy reviews.
Does it write to people who don’t want it?
No. Messages go only to people who contacted you or agreed to receive them. Anyone who asks you not to write gets nothing more.
Does it send messages by itself?
No. Every message is sent by a person on your team.
How does it work with WhatsApp?
You can connect it to your WhatsApp Business number once Meta has confirmed the connection. Without that connection, you open the message in WhatsApp with one click.
When is AI used?
Only when you press “Write a reply”. The enquiry goes to the AI provider to write the draft, and you check it before sending.
